Billing & Payment Policy

  • You pay a fixed monthly subscription fee of $44.95 which permits you to email the monthly newsletter to up to 500 subscribers every 28 days.
  • Email lists larger than 500 will be billed an additional $15 per 500 emails.
  • Customers who send more than one email newsletter campaign to their subscribers within a 28 day period will be billed an additional $25.
  • There are no maintenance, per email or hidden fees.
  • There is no charge for test messages or campaigns sent to five or less recipients.
  • There are NO contracts or cancellation fees or commitments.
  • Setup is included with first month's payment and includes banner creation and account setup.
  • Prices for all any other products or services on this site are whatever is listed at time of purchase.

Email Newsletter Approval Policy

  • Personalized Banner -- We will create a personalized banner for you for free (which also includes proofing, newsletter creation and account setup). Once you have approved the banner, we will use it for all future newsletters. Any changes after the initial approval are subject to charges.
  • New Customers -- Newsletter proofs will be emailed to you for approval within 24 to 48 hours of your confirmed online purchase and receipt of pictures and copy for banner -- IF it was submitted BY 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any services purchased after 3 p.m. Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will be sent a proof by 3 p.m. Monday.
  • Repeat Customers -- You will be emailed your newsletter on the 25th day of the month (for example, the April issue will be emailed to you March 25th). Requests for corrections/changes must be made by email or online form and received by our service department within 48 hours or your newsletter will be considered "approved."
  • Acceptance -- I understand and agree that I will proofread my banner and newsletter for accuracy each month. I further understand emailing, mailing, copying, sending or using the newsletter in any way constitutes my full acceptance and approval of the newsletter, personal banner and its content.
  • Any late or "last-minute" changes (after the 20th day of the month) for any newsletter plan are subject to charges.

  • Setup is included with first month's subscription payment -- This includes banner design, proofing, newsletter creation and account setup.
  • Click Here to Set Up Your Banner -- Only .jpg, .gif, .tiff and .png file types are accepted.

Newsletter Delivery

  • I understand my email newsletter will be delivered on the 25th day of the month (or a few days earlier or later if there is a holiday or the 25th is a Sunday).
  • Newsletters not used by the 25th are replaced with the most current newsletter.

Promotions & Referrals

  • Promotion codes or referral name must be provided at the time of the order to receive any discounts.

Compliance

  • I understand and agree to comply with all privacy and spam laws (outlined in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003) and eNewsletterSolutions' business policies.

Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

  • There are NO contracts or cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation for New Email Newsletter Customers -- Must be made in writing (email, letter or fax) within 30 days of the original signup date.
  • Cancellation for Active Email Newsletter Customers -- Cancellation of any plan must be made in writing (email, letter or fax) by the 20th day of the month (for example; cancellation for the August issue must be made by July 20). Cancellation after the 20th will be billed for the current month's service.
  • Easiest Way to Cancel Email Newsletter Service -- Email your full name and email address to Cancel@eNewsletterSolutions.com.
  • Request for Your Money Back (email marketing) -- If you are not satisfied with the quality or service -- plainly state in your letter or email your specific complaint and a request for the refund within 30 days and include your name, email address and a copy of your receipt. Refunds made via PayPal only.
  • If your account is cancelled by PCS online solutions (dba eNewsletterSolutions) because of spam violations or other misuse, you will not be entitled to a refund, no exceptions.

  • Custom Templates -- $50/hour with min. $50 charge.
  • Graphics -- $50/hour with min. $50 charge.
  • Freelance Writing/Editing -- $24.75 for 300-450 word articles / $34.75 for 451-750 word articles.

Spam Policy

  • All customers are responsible for complying with all privacy and spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
  • PCS online solutions (dba eNewsletterSolutions) reserves the right to change your newsletter at any time without notice to keep in compliance with any/all laws and regulations.
  • Spam is unsolicited commercial email (UCE), junk mail, unwanted email or bulk mail that has not been requested by the recipient. Spam is perceived as intrusive, irrelevant, rude and often offensive.
  • Spam emails usually do not contain an option to unsubscribe from the sender's list.To sum it up, spam is the opposite of permission-based emails -- those that are wanted, subscribed to, desired, requested, anticipated, personal or relevant.
  • If your spam percent is too high (more than 3 per 1,000 emails), PCS online solutions (dba eNewsletterSolutions) reserves the right to cancel your account without notice and without reimbursement.
  • If you plan to spam, don't sign up with eNewsletterSolutions. We hate spam.

  • PCS online solutions (dba eNewsletterSolutions) has implemented several email practices that include:

    • Encouraging permission-based marketing.
    • Discouraging unsolicited email campaigns.
    • Responding to all complaints suggesting that a user is "spamming."
    • eNewsletterSolutions reserves the right to reject the import of any email list for any customer at any time that it feels has not adequately proven that the email list is complying with all CAN-SPAM rules and regulations.
    • If you plan to spam, don't sign up with eNewsletterSolutions. We hate spam.

Security

  • Security measures are in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. Subscriber lists are kept separate and private and we never share it with customers, partners, advertisers, or anyone else.
  • We do not keep credit card information on file. PayPal is preferred for optimum security because that way nobody ever actually sees card information.
