Payment Policy
- Mastercard, Visa and PayPal Accepted.
- You must successfully complete an online transaction
at our secure
online store to begin service.

Payment for all newsletter services
will be billed automatically to your credit card.
- Billing for newsletters is $19 each for monthly
service and $25 each for bimonthly service. The content upgrade is an
additional $5 for email newsletters (nearly unlimited pictures
and copy) and $10 for print newsletter (includes up to 4 total
pictures/copy).
- Sending your email newsletter using our Contact
& Email List Management Service costs an additional $10 delivery
fee plus .015 cents per recipient (billed separately).
- Any late or "last-minute" changes for
any newsletter service are subject to additional charges.

Proofing
& Approval Policy
- Personalized Banner -- We will
create a personalized banner for you for a flat fee of $25 (which also
includes proofing, newsletter creation and account setup). Once you
have approved the banner, we will use it for all future newsletters.
Any changes after the initial approval are subject to charges.
- New Customers -- Newsletter
proofs will be emailed to you for approval within 48 hours of your confirmed
online purchase and receipt of pictures and copy for banner -- IF it
was submitted BY 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any services purchased
after 3 p.m. Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will be sent a proof by 3
p.m. Monday.
- Repeat Customers -- You will be
emailed your newsletter on the 25th day of the month (for example, the
July issue will be emailed to you June 25th). Requests for corrections/changes
must be made by email or online form and received by our service department
within 48 hours or your newsletter will be considered "approved."
- Acceptance -- If you email, print,
copy or mail any newsletter to your subscribers it is considered an
"acceptance and approval" by you. This means you have read
and agree to the content and images and find nothing objectionable.
- Any late or "last-minute" changes (after
the 20th day of the month) for any newsletter plan are subject to charges.

30-Day, Money-Back Guarantee &
Cancellation Policy
- There are NO contracts or cancellation fees.
- Cancellation for New Customers --
Must be made in writing (email, letter or fax) within 30 days of the
original signup date.
- Request for Your Money Back --
If you are not satisfied with the quality or service -- plainly
state in your cancellation letter your specific complaint
and a request for the refund within 30 days of signing up.
- Cancellation for Active Customers --
Cancellation of any plan must be made in writing (email, letter or fax)
by the 20th day of the month (for example; cancellation for the March
issue must be made by Feb. 20). Cancellation after the 20th will be
billed for the current month's service.
- Contact and Email List Management --
If you use the service to email your campaign, you will be billed. No
refunds.
- Easiest Way to Cancel -- Email
your full name and email address to Cancel@eNewsletterSolutions.com.
- No refunds after 30 days. Setup fee is non-refundable.

- All customers are responsible for complying with
all privacy and spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM

- eNewsletterSolutions reserves the right to change
your newsletter at any time without notice to keep in compliance with
any/all laws and regulations.

- Discouraging unsolicited email campaigns
- Responding to all complaints suggesting that
a user is "spamming"
- Spam is unsolicited commercial email (UCE), junk
mail, unwanted email or bulk mail that has not been requested by the
recipient. Spam is perceived as intrusive, irrelevant, rude and often
offensive.
- Spam emails usually do not contain an option to
unsubscribe from the sender's list.To sum it up, spam is the opposite
of permission-based emails -- those that are wanted, subscribed to,
desired, requested, anticipated, personal or relevant.
Security
- Security measures are in place to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of information under our control. Subscriber lists
are kept separate and private and we never share it with customers,
