Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding our email newsletter and campaign management service. Please contact us if you need additional help.
For only $24.95 a month -- you can email the pre-written email newsletter to up to 250 recipients once in a 30-day period. There are no maintenance, per email or hidden fees!
Bigger Lists: Extra emails cost $5 per 250.
Setup is FREE with first month's payment and includes custom banner creation, email newsletter template setup and account activation.
Getting started is easy: Just click the "sign up now" button on any page, complete the form, and submit. After payment you will be redirected to a setup page where you provide information for your banner and newsletter. After approval, you will receive a user name, password, and account activation within 24 hours during regular business hours.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPay. We do not accept debit cards or checks.
Easy. First, you sign up and send us your contact information and any pictures we'll need to create your custom banner. Don't worry, we have stock images if you don't have any. We then create your banner and email you a proof. We'll work on your banner until you're happy with it.
After your banner is approved, we'll email you a user name and password so you can login to your account. There you'll find your custom newsletter ready to send, easy to use wizards for importing your email list or adding your own content, and other tools to help you manage and evaluate your email marketing campaigns.
From that point on, your newsletter will updated on or around the 25th day of the month. You'll get a reminder email letting you know your updated email newsletter is ready for you. If you opted to have us email it for you, you don't have to do a thing.
No. If you can point and click, you can easily send email newsletters. Or, if you want, choose a date (1st, 7th or 15th day of the month) and we'll email it for you!
Yes, for an additional $10 per month you can send unlimited campaigns. Just email us with a request to add unlimited campaigns to your account.
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. This is a monthly subscription with recurring billing on or around the same day of the month you signed up. You can also call us if you prefer to pay by phone.

Yes, we charge $50/hour for custom graphics work with a 2-hour minimum.
Yes, we charge $25 for custom articles (up to 500 words) with a four-article minimum. Contact us with sample article topics and we'll let you know if we can do it.
Yes, we charge $25 for importing your list. Just so you know, our "Help" section has very good instructions on how to do this, as well as everything else. And, you can always call customer service for help.
Yes -- recommended size is 700 pixels wide by 175 high; jpg format.
Yes. If you don't need the email management tools, we can send you the articles each month on or around the 25th day of the month. The articles are delivered as a text file (.txt format). Pictures are NOT included. The price for this monthly service is $24.95. Sign Up to the Articles-Only Service.
